Welcome to my therapy website! I strive to provide a rewarding and fulfilling therapeutic experience for my clients where they are able to have a space to learn more about themselves and receive support during a difficult and transitional time in their life.

Attending therapy can be one of the most rewarding experiences you will have, however you will explore and uncover aspects of yourself that will be challenging yet growth enhancing. I applaud your interest in making yourself a priority, and look forward to meeting you!

I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and group therapy. I specialize in working with symptoms related to trauma, depression, and anxiety. I also provide therapy for a variety of behavioral symptoms that children and adolescents present with. Through your participation in therapy, you will be given the opportunity to explore how a variety of factors have impacted your life; and together we will find ways to process these life experiences, and learn ways to better cope that will provide you with comfort and safety. When developing a relationship with a client, I work on creating a safe space with them in order to build a trusting relationship that will enhance their life experiences and provide opportunities for growth and self-awareness.
